The Space

Welcome to your Fitzrovia home. Flat 1 is the largest apartment in the building, occupying the whole third floor with high, vaulted ceilings, big windows and a fresh, contemporary finish throughout — soft white walls, grey carpets in the bedrooms and pale oak-effect floors in the living areas.

Living & dining — An open, light-filled room with a wall-mounted 43″ 4K QLED Smart TV (Roku, with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube and more — just sign in), a deep memory-foam corner sofa to sink into after a day of exploring, a marble-effect oval dining table with six gold-framed velvet chairs, nesting gold coffee tables, a statement round mirror and a vintage-style wall clock. Fast Wi-Fi throughout.

Bedroom 1 — King-size upholstered bed (150 x 200 cm) with a pocket-sprung medium mattress, duck-feather duvet and pillows, crisp grey satin-stripe hotel linen, mattress and pillow protectors, matching bedside tables with drawers, touch-dimmable bedside lamps and original canvas artwork.

Bedroom 2 — A second king-size bed with the same pocket-sprung mattress, feather duvet and hotel-quality linen, bedside tables, dimmable lamps, blackout roller blind and a wall-mounted radiator. Every bed is made up with fresh linen before you arrive.

Kitchen — A brand-new, fully fitted white gloss kitchen with marble-effect worktops: electric oven, four-zone ceramic hob, Toshiba microwave, under-counter fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (welcome pods provided), kettle and toaster. Fully stocked for real cooking: Tefal stone non-stick pans, a 12-piece dinner set, 16-piece stainless cutlery set, knife block, chopping board, utensils, mugs, wine glasses, hi-ball tumblers, colander, tea towels, dish rack and a soft-close recycling bin.

Bathroom — Sleek grey-tile bathroom with a full-size bath and overhead shower, filtered high-pressure shower head, vanity basin with storage, round mirror and herringbone oak-effect flooring. Please note: the apartment is on the third floor of a period building with no lift (three flights of stairs). Not suitable for guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage — but the reward is a quiet, private top-floor home away from the street.
